Vermont FiberConnect: The Library Link Summit will be held December 1-2, 2010, at Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa. Hosted by the Department of Libraries, it will bring together the grant libraries, program partners, and local and state “influencers” to strengthen partnerships that are critical to the successful launch and sustainability of the project. Thanks to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the travel, room, and meal costs will be covered for all invitees.

The Summit will include a keynote address, panel discussion with key stakeholders, and facilitated discussion among grant libraries, as well as opportunities for informal discussions. The Summit goal is to create greater awareness of the project and to prepare all of those involved for the next steps.
